Exit Intelligence, gives e-commerce retailers the customized web experiences needed to take visitors on websites and applications and convert them into new email subscribers.When contacting Praxis, Matt Cimino, CEO of Exit Intelligence, needed a new approach and strategy to better reach his potential clients. In the search for a creative agency that would be innovative and calculating in their approach, Cimino found the perfect match with Praxis.

How can a marketing and advertising company better define our company and frame it for our potential customers so they more easily understand Exit Intelligence?

Solution

Praxis took a closer look at all the qualities our company offered, and then reshaped and re-defined it, making it more sensible, understandable, and simplified for our future customers.

Reshaped the Vision of the Company

Cimino had a difficult time communicating the overall vision of the company to his clients from a marketing perspective. Praxis helped in redesigning the company's elevator speech leading to a faster, more unified, and more fluid concept.

Buyer’s Perspective Mindset

While working with Praxis, Cimino noted the different approach to marketing that Praxis took compared to other companies he had worked with in the past. Praxis approached each problem by creating solutions from the clients’ perspective, which led Cimino to state he could see the care and understanding Praxis showed in comparison to other companies.

Cimino stated the union between his company and Praxism while working with Praxis, his company was comfortable and felt as if the two teams were made into one. Thus allowing the feeling of having a partner to guide them through the process and having a member of the team rather than a company that gives instructions.

Overall Simple Process

While the two teams were working together, Praxis defined each moment of the process to allow the production to be simple and easy for Cimino’s team. From the video transcript to the shot-lists, it allowed Cimino’s company to understand each key moment while working together.

Exit Intelligence saw an increase in clientele and partnerships. This video project was important because it built meaningful connections and laid the foundation for healthy profit in the company, while fostering and building a  business-to-business relationship. Praxis helped clearly define the company from a marketing and strategy approach by delivering a comprehensive video that can now be viewed on the homepage of the Exit Intelligence website.
